1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the sunflowersiding.com website and any services provided by Sunflower Construction LLC ("Sunflower Siding," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Sunflower Construction LLC provides LP® SmartSide® engineered wood siding installation services for residential homebuilders and property owners in Georgia. Services are provided under written subcontractor agreements or purchase orders negotiated separately from these website Terms.

3. Bids and estimates

Any bid, estimate, or proposal submitted by Sunflower Construction LLC is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted in the bid document. Bids are based on information provided at the time of request. Material or scope changes may require a revised bid. A bid does not constitute a binding contract until a signed subcontractor agreement or purchase order is executed by both parties.

4. Scheduling

Installation scheduling is subject to crew availability and active project commitments. We work from builder-provided framing schedules and make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes. We are not liable for delays caused by framing schedule changes, material availability issues outside our control, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Warranty pass-through

The LP® Certified Installer warranty upgrade is provided by Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, not by Sunflower Construction LLC. Sunflower Construction LLC's responsibility is to perform the installation in compliance with LP's certified installer requirements and to submit the required documentation to LP. The warranty itself is governed by LP's warranty terms and conditions, which are available from LP Building Solutions.

Sunflower Construction LLC provides a separate workmanship warranty on our installation labor as specified in the written subcontractor agreement for each project. The terms and duration of our workmanship warranty are stated in the project agreement.

6. Payment

Payment terms for installation services are set forth in the written subcontractor agreement or purchase order for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the terms stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with past-due balances.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Georgia law, Sunflower Construction LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services or this website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

8. Website use

The content on sunflowersiding.com is provided for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. The LP®, SmartSide®, ExpertFinish®, and SmartGuard® marks referenced on this site are registered trademarks of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation and are used solely for descriptive purposes.

9. Governing law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of this website or our services are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Paulding County, Georgia, and you consent to jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
