What to expect
We keep the process simple for builders who are evaluating us as a trade partner.
1. Intro call
15 minutes. We learn about your subdivision or project — scope, timeline, profiles specified. You learn about our crew capacity and how we handle scheduling and warranty documentation.
2. Bid
We review your plans and send a written bid with material breakdown, labor, and timeline. No vague ranges — a real number you can put in your budget.
3. Sub agreement & schedule
Once you're ready to move forward, we sign a sub agreement, get on the schedule, and stay in communication as your framing progresses.
