Two dedicated siding crews
Each crew is LP® product-trained and works exclusively on siding — no splitting time between trades. That focus keeps quality consistent across every lot in a subdivision.
Up to 200 squares per week
At peak capacity across both crews, we can cover 200 squares per week. For most production builders, that means we can pace with your framing schedule across multiple active lots.
Product-trained installers
Our crews are trained specifically on LP® SmartSide® installation requirements — the nailing patterns, clearances, and flashing details that LP requires to honor the certified warranty.
Owner on the job
Devin China stays involved at the jobsite level. If something comes up on your lot, you're not getting a dispatcher — you're getting the owner on the phone.
How scheduling works
We work around your framing schedule, not the other way around.
Step 1 — Share your schedule
Send us your projected framing completion dates by lot number. We lock in our slot around your timeline, not a fixed calendar weeks out.
Step 2 — We stay in sync
If framing slips — it happens — call or text us. We adjust. Consistent communication prevents bottlenecks and last-minute scrambles on both sides.
Step 3 — We show up ready
Crew arrives on the confirmed date with material staged. No waiting on a delivery. No excuses. We run tight so your GC doesn't have to chase us.
Insurance & licensing
Everything your superintendent needs before we step on your site.
General Liability Insurance
We carry general liability coverage appropriate for residential and light commercial construction. A current certificate of insurance (COI) is available on request — typically sent same day.
Workers' Compensation
All crew members are covered under workers' compensation. We can provide proof of coverage before the first day on your site.
Georgia Business License
Sunflower Construction LLC is a registered Georgia business entity operating in compliance with state contractor requirements.
LP® Certified Installer
Our LP® Certified Installer status is current and verified through LP Building Solutions. This certification is what enables the upgraded 10/50 substrate and 7/15 finish warranty for your buyers.

The certified warranty is only as good as the documentation behind it. We take care of the filing so you never chase it at closing.
What the certified warranty means
When we install LP® SmartSide® as a Certified Installer, the product warranty upgrades from LP's standard coverage to the certified tier:
- Substrate: Standard 5-year / 50-year → Certified 10-year / 50-year
- Finish (ExpertFinish®): Standard 5-year / 15-year → Certified 7-year / 15-year
That's a tangible selling point your sales team can put in the homeowner's hand at closing.
Our documentation process
After installation, we submit the LP® Certified Installer documentation directly. You receive:
- Certified installer registration confirmation
- Product warranty documentation for the homeowner packet
- Installation date and lot/address records
